    Exactly what I was looking for!

    Easy to understand. Daniel Siegel shares his knowledge about how the brain and mind work. It is an excellent book. I bought this to help better my understanding of others, mainly children.

    One of the best books I've listened to

    This recording brings it all together; the mind, psychology and integration. Siegel has a unique ability to bring it all together seamlessly. When I got to the end I was ready to listen again from the beginning.
