    The GOAT

I truly enjoyed hearing about the life of Jack Nicklaus from himself. I think the ending could’ve been scripted better. I enjoyed this publication very much.

    How he played

This book is an excellent recount of Jack's golf life. He treats his emotional ups and downs, with shot evaluations, satisfaction with his technique, and the many times others helped him. It gives a good feeling for how Jack lived and prospered I found it helpful to know that he faced many of the doubts that I have.

    Walking through Nicklaus’s life

Amazing story as you feel like you’re side by side with him going through his life. The details, honesty, and understanding the man who was so misunderstood. My only drawback is the voice of the guy reading. At first I thought it was a robot, maybe he was trying to sound more like Jack but eventually it grew on me or I just got used to it.

    Two Thumbs Up

Narrator wasn’t the the best. Regardless, great insight into how talent is only a piece of the game and how the key to greatness is the mental side of of the game.

Great Story told by the Golden Bear

Despite the robotic narrator, I enjoyed the narrative very much. The book includes even some good mental and stylish golf tips that can be useful to any amateur.

    Great Story

The narrator was a little robotic sounding. To.the point I had to Google his name to see if he was a real person. The Golden Bear was Golden.

    Good story, bad narrator

at first I thought the book was being read by Siri's father. way to robotic, very little inflection. however, the story was well written.

    Come Back Kid

Where does Jack Nicklaus rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It was pretty detailed, jumped around alittle bit.

What other book might you compare Jack Nicklaus to and why?

    Greg Norman's

What does Ian Esmo bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I think just by changing his voice for a different person.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No but the 86' Masters was the best.

    Any additional comments?

Long but a great career does not take 10 minutes to cover.
