Fun for those that want to like their main characters
Fun romp for those who want a good tale that pulls from all over to make its own world and people. I enjoyed it a f was ready for book two.

Fun Introduction
I liked the characters in this book and the world building, Nicholas Olivo does an excellent job with the pacing. I would say the characters and the pacing are my favorite parts. The characters are fun and I was never bored while the story was unfolding. I also enjoyed the magic system used by the main character it is a fun twist (and his powers are cool too). I have continued to enjoy all the books in this series. It gets real interesting in the later books. ;)
